David, thanks for your advice re purchasing the Nova. As I was already running all my source components from an IsoTek Sigmas I was not totally convinced by your comment that running the Nova from a high output socket of the Sigma would "work well." I can confirm it does-very well. I am absolutely delighted with the improvement in sound quality. Sound-stage is dramatically improved, music can be played at much lower levels without the "loss" of certain sounds that used to be evident. At times it is as though I could reach out and touch the instrument being played-positioning is so exact. Wonderful!!

Comment : Removed Supra trailing block connector, replaced by Isotek Nova G11. Connected Quad24P, 2 Cyrus X300 power amps. Orbe c/w Origin Live Encounter and Ortofon Rondo Bronze on different circuit, connected by Chord Chameleon interconnect to Quad. Phil Jones Silver 25s connected by Atlas Hyper 2 spkr cables. First LP was Batman Begins, near enough threw me off my sofa. A powerful LP anyway but what a huge difference the Isotek Nova makes. A fast turn around between order and delivery, many thanks Dave. Yes, I found out that I'm not supposed to use power amps with the Nova.
